Simmer Down

Have you ever been so inspired that you want to do everything at once?  I am going through that right now.  What is important is that you take this amazing anxiety in baby steps.  This is not to deflate your energy, but to be sure that you are putting things into perspective and getting the most value out of what your are so inspired to do.  Here are a few tips for keeping your inspiration in check so that you are really getting the true value of your endeavor.

Happy New Year

Happy New Year fun fans!  I have decided to provide you with one of my most favorite TIPS about starting the year out right.  Every year at this time, people often reminisce about what has happened over the past year and decide to make changes for the better.  This is a good thing, but often what happens is when their New Years Resolutions fall along the wayside and don't get accomplished right away they experience a sense of failure early on.  People often feel trapped into having to wait a full year again to start over.

Meaning it!


I recently retired from a very long and wonderful federal career.  It paid the bills and I did what society considered normal, I earned a pension, and now I am to live happily ever after.  I had a hard time of seeing retirement as the end of my career.  What I have come to realize is that it is the beginning of a new journey for my life.
