Heart Send

Thoughtfulness is something that many people think about, but often do not act upon.  It takes so little to be thoughtful and I feel it goes along way no matter when it takes place.  Here are just a few ideas about being thoughtful that I keep in my tool box.  I share these with you as a sample of the "Random Acts of Kindness" that I apply to my life daily.  These help me through the day, and make the day of those that are the recipients.

Does Anyone Work Here????

Have you ever gone into a business and there were a number of people behind the counter and you instantly became invisible?  I can't explain why this happens, but I often do not feel that there has been enough emphasis on good customer service.  I think it is essential for any type of business or service industry to really make it a point to provide training especially in the area of customer service.  Business' can succeed or fail based on this one particular area.

Breaker Breaker One Nine...Come in Rubber Ducky

As my journey continues, I find the importance of staying in contact with business associates just as important as personal acquaintances and our families.  I mentioned in a previous BLOG about the importance of a support group, and your business associates are key to that support.  I attended another amazing training the other day entitled Out of Sight, Out of Mind, and Out of Pocket by Susan Dakuzaku.  It really drove home this connection.

Baby Steps


How do you eat an elephant?  One bite at a time.  Today I found that there was quite a bit that I was able to accomplish.  I was keeping a mental note of small things that I wanted to remember to do.  Even though it was somewhat scattered, I was able to collect my thoughts and do just a few things that were in the direction of organization.
