Recently I have attended several training sessions that were amazing. From each training, or event I attend I always pick up a few special tips that I love incorporating into my FunSchway way of life. One of the tips I recently incorporated was that of always being ready. This was particularly important when it comes to public speaking. There may be many times when you are preparing for a presentation so much that you forget the importance of practicing your presentation and rehearsal.

Simmer Down
Have you ever been so inspired that you want to do everything at once? I am going through that right now. What is important is that you take this amazing anxiety in baby steps. This is not to deflate your energy, but to be sure that you are putting things into perspective and getting the most value out of what your are so inspired to do. Here are a few tips for keeping your inspiration in check so that you are really getting the true value of your endeavor.

Good Vibrations
There is a lot to be said for good anxiety. I find that it happens to me more often and I am happy to see it. People often ask me if I get nervous before I speak. Well of course there is a tinge of nervous, but I am passionate about speaking and it is an exhilarating boost to my ego that people are willing to listen to me share some great value messages with them. I call this good anxiety or good vibrations.

show. A college student said she was
afraid of FOMO. When Steve asked her
what that meant, she said “fear of missing out.”
