Letting Go

It's 2015 a time for starting fresh.  I think that many people feel this way and it is a good time to stop and reflect on those things that you want to change for the upcoming year.  Here are a few tips to think about as you venture down this road of change.

Here are a few key steps to consider:
  1. What do you have control over that you can change?
  2. Set some goals that you will actually be able to obtain
  3. Look at short term and long term goals
  4. Put an action plan together to help you accomplish your goals
  5. Celebrate your successes
There may be some obstacles along your path that will set up roadblocks that may cause you to not accomplish your goals.  Think long and hard about things you might need to let go of.  It may be material items that you may need to donate to charity, or even bad feelings that you are holding inside.  Whatever is hindering you from moving forward try to get these obstacles out of the way so that you can make this a successful year.  Even if it is just a minor step forward, you will feel accomplished and you definitely need to celebrate your success.

By putting these few things into action I truly believe that you will be off to a good start.  Remember it is important to be very clear about what you want to do and change.  This again goes back to clarity.  This is central to your CHI (Clarity, Harmony, and Inspiration).  You must be specific and clear about what you want.  Will it provide harmony for what you are hoping to achieve?  What will inspire you to continue to meet your goals and put them into action.  Keep these things in mine while you are on your new year journey.  Have faith in yourself and all of your endeavors.

Remember to let go of those things that are blocking you from succeeding!
